The first step for potential customers is to visit Tate Kitchens’ showroom in Kirkleatham Business Park in Redcar. The showroom serves as a source of inspiration, allowing customers to explore different kitchen designs, styles, and high-quality materials. This visit provides an opportunity for customers to see first hand the craftsmanship and attention to detail that Tate Kitchens offers.
2. CONSULTATION
Upon expressing interest, customers can schedule a personal consultation with the head kitchen designer/installer, Phil. During the consultation, Phil will listen to the customer’s requirements, gaining an understanding of their lifestyle and preferences. This personalised interaction allows for a tailored approach to design, ensuring that the kitchen aligns perfectly with the customer’s vision.
3. DESIGN
Following the consultation, Tate Kitchens engages in the design process, where the customer’s ideas and preferences are transformed into a customized kitchen design. Phil and the team work collaboratively with the customer, incorporating their feedback to refine and finalize the design. This stage ensures that the customer is an integral part of the decision-making process, resulting in a kitchen that truly reflects their unique style and functional needs.
4. PURCHASE
Once the design is approved, the customer moves forward with the purchase of their bespoke kitchen from Tate Kitchens. Phil, as the project manager, takes charge of overseeing the entire process, from the initial concept to the final finishing touches. All interior and exterior building works are managed by Tate Kitchens, providing a seamless and stress-free experience for the customer.
